What is the Tax and TFC Fee?Florida and Sarasota County want a slice of the pie in the form of 7% tax
The Food Corridor (TFC) - is the back office software program that runs all of the behind the scenes stuff like... Scheduling, Invoicing, Account Creation and Payment Processing. They get 2% for ACH payments and 4% for Credit Card Payments
Short Term Rentals Considered on a Case by Case Basis
Your Culinary Place LLC can assist in helping create your new business type (LLC, or S. Corp) as well as getting your F.E.I.N. , Florida Sales Tax Number, County and State Licenses and Food Corridor Account Set Up.
The charge for this service is $750 and is Non-Refundable
**This does not include any fees to be paid directly to the state for your LLC ($125) or your DBPR or Dept. of Agriculture License ($450)

Once You Get Your License -
We will then sit down and discuss exactly what your needs are as we develop a customized proposal based on your specific business goals for both now and in the future.
* If you have not applied for your license within 60 days of Signing up, you will be charged a $150/ monthly fee to hold you space for up to 6 months. After 6 months you will need to re-apply to Your Culinary Place LLC
Naming Your Culinary Place L.L.C. and Norino Properties L.L.C. as additionally insured parties

You must have with you at all times while you are in the kitchen a copy of your Nationally Recognized Food Safety Managers Certification (i.e. ServSafe or NRFSP)
You must always have you or one of your staff as a licensed food manager on site while you are producing anything. Any additional staff members must also have a minimum of a Food Handler Certificate (or have it within the first 90 days of employment or starting in the YCP kitchens)
You must have a Business Use Permit from Sarasota County as well as a Business License from the State of Florida. You must have current copies of all necessary permits and licenses, with you at all times . As a convenience, You will also upload all of your needed documents to The Food Corridor (our back office software company) to ensure compliance as well as being reminded when your documents are getting ready to expire. The Food Corridor will notify us both as the expiration time approach
As a new client of Your Culinary Place L.L.C. you must successfully complete the kitchen user’s orientation session and tour of the kitchen facilities. During this kitchen tour you will receive a copy of our Kitchen Client Pack which contains our Policies and Procedures as well as the YCP Operations Agreement.

These Smallwares are to be used in the YCP Kitchen only. If they disappear it will be at the sole discretion if YCP replaces these items. We recommend that you keep your smallwares in your storage area when not in use so they do not get mixed in with our equipment
Your Culinary Place L.L.C. offers clients great commercial kitchens for rent. This shared commercial commissary kitchen in Sarasota is centrally located and easy to use. Your Culinary Place Kitchens currently offers more than 7000 square feet of kitchen space over 7 separate kitchens for your business to use. We have 2 gas hot lines with 8 ovens, 22 gas burners and 2 - 24 inch char-broiler, perfect for your business to operate from. Our Bakery Space has 4 commercial bakery ovens and 6 induction burners (with new induction cookware). Our "Market" Space was redesigned to accommodate 2 sperate "Ghost Kitchen" lines with Vulcan Ovens, Induction Burners (also with new induction cookware) and lots of Refrigeration as well as additional prep space and vacuum sealing area. We have now also taken a new space, the new "Fusion Space" is directly across the street from the main location offering even more space for new businesses to join the Your Culinary Place family. YCP offers you lots of Dry, Refrigerated, and Freezer Storage, all available for a monthly rental. Your kitchen comes stocked with many of the items you will need to succeed like assorted small-wares, pots, pans, catering items, mixers and other small kitchen appliances reducing your need to bring or store these items, saving you money.
